Helix ACH provides software tools to help businesses manage ACH payment authorizations, invoices, collections, reporting, and operational workflows.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes
• Obtain proper authorization before initiating ACH collections

Users are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid customer authorization before initiating any ACH debit transaction.

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, banking regulations, payment network rules, and ACH requirements.

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and immediately reporting unauthorized account activity.

Helix ACH strives to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Helix ACH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from platform use.

Helix ACH may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security, compliance, or operational risks.

Helix ACH may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.
